Questions and Answers
Will you work with vendors you have not worked with before?
Yes, we love expanding our network and support of other vendors!
Do you receive a commission from vendor referrals?
We do not seek out commission from vendors. If it is brought up, we will be transparent and pass on the discount to you! Our package prices are developed with that in mind. Therefore, you will have contracts with individual vendors instead of paying the lead planner ahead of time to handle.
How much is the deposit and when is it due?
The deposit is 50% of the package price and it is due upon booking.
Are you available 24/7, 7 days a week for contact or communication?
I always want to remain flexible and available for my clients as we prepare for the big day around their busy schedules. With that in mind, I reserve Sundays and Mondays to be offline given I do not have any events on either day. For the fastest communication, email or a scheduled phone call is recommended.
Do you offer day-of planning?
No, day-of planning is not offered because it truly does not set up your planning/vendor team for success in organizing and executing all of the meaningful details that require communication and attention before the morning of.
Do you have travel Outside of socal?
While our expertise is centered around Southern California, we will happily discuss and remain open to destination weddings!
What if a certain package isn’t specifically aligning with what I need?
Please reach out so we can discuss a plan that will leave you feeling the most supported in your decision! Your peace and confidence in this process matter more than the structure of our packages.
Do you have travel fees?
We do! Events in Palm Springs, San Diego, Ventura County and Santa Barbara will require 2 nights in a hotel for the coordination team plus any additional travel costs.
